18m2 cabin with new double-glazed joinery starting from $43,000

Cabin Includes:

1. Treated timber subfloor with steel frame construction.
2. Colorsteel or shadow clad exterior.
3. Insulated walls, ceiling and floor.
4. Colorsteel roof and flashings.
5. Ply lined interior
6. Wired to a caravan plug on the exterior with electrical certificate.
7. 3x interior light,
8. 1x exterior light
9. 6x power points

Bathroom:

1. 900 x 900 shower
2. Toilet
3. Small wall hung basin and tapware
4. 1 x Extractor fan
5. 1 x Light and switch
6. 1 x double power point

Kitchenette 1650 wide:

1. Microwave OR small fridge cubby
2. Sink and tapware
3. 2 x Double power points

Plumbing:

1. 1 x Gas instant hot water califont
2. All plumbing and drainage connected to the subfloor ready for your chosen plumber to connect it

Internal wall:

1. 1x internal wall to create bathroom at one end
2. 1x cavity slider fitted to bathroom wall

Secondhand options are always dependent on availability. Size and aluminum colour are also dependent on availability, there is no promise that you will get the size or colour you're wanting.

New Double Glazed:

1. 1 x 2m x 2m Slider with an opening window
2. 1x 1.2m x 1.2m half sash window OR 900mm x 1.6m half sash window
3. 1x 900mm x 600mm obscured bathroom window

These windows come in either black or white. Other colours are available but would come at an additional cost.
