Start by choosing the cabin size that best suits your needs. Whether you're after a compact office, a sleep out, or a larger cabin, we can help guide you toward the option that will work best for your space and intended use.

Customize Your Cabin

Next, we'll chat with you about how you'd like your cabin set up. This is where we discuss things like window and door placement, power points, and any extra features you may want. From there, we create a floor plan tailored to your needs and provide a final quote. Once you are happy to proceed and the paperwork is done, a deposit is paid and we begin the build.

The Building Process Starts

Your cabin is then built by our licensed builder using quality materials. Throughout the build we keep you updated on the progress, and if anything comes up that we think may improve your cabin or that you may want to adjust, we'll talk it through with you along the way

Delivery to Your Property

Once your cabin is complete, we organize delivery to your property. We personally deliver throughout the North Island (size dependent) and will work with you to make the process as smooth and straight forward as possible.

Placement and Set Up

Once delivered, the chosen Hiab company will place the cabin onto timber skids or concrete piles that we have prepared depending on what is chosen during the planning stage. If you've opted for additional extras such as a verandah or deck, we'll also install those on site.

Enjoy Your New Space!

With everything in place, your cabin is ready to use (unless you have a studio cabin, in that case you will need a plumber to connect it up), you can start enjoying your new cabin straight away!
